The 2023 LAS Annual General Meeting will take place on January 25th, 2024.

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Lindsay Agricultural Society.

The Annual General Meeting of the Lindsay Agricultural Society (LAS) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024 in the Commonwell Exhibition Building on the LAS Grounds at 354 Angeline Street South, Lindsay, Ontario K9V 4R2 beginning at 7:00pm. Refreshments will be available beginning at 6:30pm. The purpose of this meeting is to receive reports and the Society’s Financial Statements required to be placed before the membership, to elect members of the Board of Directors, to consider changes to the Constitution, and for the transaction of such other matters as may properly be brought before the membership.

A copy of the proposed amendments to the Constitution can be viewed online at lindsayex.com and hard copies are available at the LAS office.

As per Article 2.01.2 of the LAS Constitution, all voting participants at this meeting must have been paid members of the LAS in 2023 and have purchased their 2024 LAS membership prior to 7:00pm on January 25, 2024.
